Welcome to our website!

The Heart of the Community was a community focused coronary heart disease prevention project which was funded by the Welsh Assembly Government’s Inequalities in Health Fund between 2004 and 2008 to work in the Ogmore and Garw Valleys, Bridgend.

The Project worked in partnership with Bridgend Local Health Board, Bro Morgannwg NHS Trust, National Public Health Service and Bridgend County Borough Council.
